We are a family friendly camping and caravan site in the heart of Dalby Forest, nestled within the North Yorkshire moorland and open from 1st April until the end of September. Our site is completely quiet after 10.00pm and is checked to ensure this is the case.
An ideal site for families, surrounded by great walks, and a stones throw from the Forestry play park and Go Ape adventures.
Stoneclose Campsite 
Lovely place to stay been coming to this farm to camp out for a good few years now me and my husband and dogs used to love walking forest looking forward to coming back when reopening we miss you guys hope all is well Wendy and bob and socks the pooch
First time we have been to stoneclose, only due to having work done at our home, and fitting in the time to come.
We arrived on the 14th of June 2022.
We was welcome by Helen, such a lovely lady, and so is Richard the owns.
We stayed in one of the large pods, clean and warm, which in our 50ths and children grown up, we find them relaxing and good value for money.
The campsite is a working farm, and this weekend we got to see the sheep been sheared, which was lovely to see.
Helen doesn’t like large groups, which works with us, it’s quite after 10 o’clock at night, and the farm is clean, washroom ect.

A great family friendly place to stay, a well kept campsite with clean facilities and endless hot water, Helen is a lovely lady but dont be fooled if you break the rules you’ll know about it, she is not afraid to tell people, if you want peace and quiet this is the place to stay and reasonably priced.

I stayed at this site with my two children camping. It’s a great and lovely set up. There is a big fridge freezer so we didn’t have any cooling issues (we chose no power option); the facilities were lovely and clean and I couldn’t fault it. Richard and Helen were really nice as were Ted and Ralph! We loved it and will come again 😊
We have stayed at Stoneclose Campsite in our camper on 3 occasions now. It is in a beautiful peaceful location and all the facilities are clean and well kept. Helen is very helpful and runs a great set up here. Perfect for mountain bikers and walkers alike. You will not be disappointed.

Been coming here for many years, and I’m glad to see after the crisis of the last few years the Campsite is still going and in fantastic shape still. Great facilities, great space and great views. Helen always makes us feel welcome. Can’t really fault anything at all.
